1.Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS/MMS text messages from AristaNova LLC ("AristaNova"), you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, AI assistant updates, customer support communications, and promotional or marketing offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2.Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our Services and account settings. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's wireless plan.
3.How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1-800-212-3395 (or the number from which you received the message). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5.Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances beyond our or the carrier's control.
6.Privacy & Strict Non-Sharing Rule
